How to use our parking: a guide for travelers

Yes. We accept walk-in reservations. We also welcome walk-ins, although we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability and expedite the check-in process.

There is no minimum stay requirement, but the minimum charge is 1 day indoors and 2 days on the terrace. You can book from one day up to one year.

Upon arrival, our team will greet you at the entrance, collect your vehicle, and take care of parking. You don’t have to look for a space or maneuver within the premises. The entire process takes just a few minutes.

No. Your vehicle remains on our premises for the duration of your stay. Only our staff have access inside to park it, move it if you book any additional services, such as washing, and prepare it for delivery.

Yes. All vehicles in our custody are covered by comprehensive insurance for the entire duration of their stay.

It’s up to you. If you leave the keys at reception, vehicle pick-up and drop-off are immediate. If you prefer to take them with you, that’s also possible, although the drop-off and pick-up process might take a little longer.

It’s included in your booking at no extra cost. Once you’ve left your vehicle, our shuttle will take you directly to the terminal in just a few minutes. On your return, we’ll pick you up at the same spot as always. It’s easily identifiable at the parking exit.

Yes. The maximum height on the ground floor is 3.35 meters, allowing access for motorhomes, SUVs with roof racks, and other large vehicles. If you have any questions about your specific vehicle, please contact us before booking.

Yes. We have charging points for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Please let us know when making your reservation and we will arrange it.

We offer interior and/or exterior hand washing with quality products. We also offer upholstery cleaning. The price varies depending on the size of the vehicle and can be obtained when making your reservation or directly at reception.
